Agents of Transformation: Making Everyday Activism a Habit

What an honor and joy to interview the amazing Sacil Armstrong, of Everyday Activism Habit, and I’m thrilled to introduce her to my community!

Sacil Armstrong is an Embodied Equity Consultant. For more than 20 years, she has combined facts, self-care, and respect to guide people through tough topics like racism and oppression to shift their thinking and behavior.

Her clients report more confidence and less anxiety because they can identify and address issues with knowledge and compassion. Her focus on self-care first helps clients let go of blame, shame, and guilt so they can undo what they've learned (and lived) about race, privilege, and equality. Her work is about using incremental steps to make equity a habit to support the individual and sustain the movement.

Sacil is the founder of the Everyday Activism Habit, a membership community designed to heal with self-care, build your confidence with knowledge, and stretch your comfort zone to stand against oppression as a daily habit.
